Under an agreement with Development Services Group, Inc. (DSG), FirstPic, Inc. was part of a steering/review committee for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention’s Targeted Community Action Planning (TCAP) initiative. As part of this effort, FirstPic, Inc. staff provided technical assistance to states and communities interested in developing targeted responses to the most pressing juvenile justice issues threatening public safety in their respective localities. Technical assistance for this project was to:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments.
- Hold on-site key leader interviews.
- Conduct on-site key leader summits and executive briefings.
- Facilitate action planning.
- Develop targeted responses.
- Provide follow-up technical assistance.
