Under this initiative, FirstPic, Inc. has assisted MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership to build the National Mentoring Resource Center, a comprehensive website that supports mentoring program practitioners in implementing evidenced-based mentoring practices. Funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), the National Mentoring Resource Center connects mentoring program practitioners to leading research and experts in the field and provides access to resources, program reviews, training opportunities, webinars, and a portal to request no-cost technical assistance for their mentoring programs. For this project, FirstPic, Inc.’s role is:
- Leading website development and manage content updates.
- Assisting in design of program materials and distribution to mentoring organizations in the field.
- Managing outreach to national and local mentoring partners to schedule and coordinate technical assistance.
- Support MENTOR and the National Mentoring Resource Center Research Board in content development for the website.
