HUD awarded FirstPic, Inc. two multiyear ONAP T&TA grants. As part of those grants, FirstPic, Inc. plans and conducts on-demand training sessions and TA visits to tribes across the country. Topic areas have included NAHASDA Essentials, environmental review, IHP/APR, construction administration, procurement, asset building, organizational development, building acquisition, Indian Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG), financial management, mold and moisture prevention, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, occupancy and admissions, and logistical support for IHBG Formula Negotiated Rulemaking Sessions. As a subcontractor to another ONAP T&TA grantee, FirstPic, Inc. has also planned and carried out T&TA in areas including methamphetamine policy and remediation, residential energy efficiency education, alternative funding sources, and procurement and contracting.
